ECG supports both residential and commercial clients, delivering insurance restoration, capital improvement, and large-scale repair projects across multiple markets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in residential or commercial reconstruction, remodeling, or restoration
• Strong general contracting background with solid field leadership experience
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience scheduling and managing subcontractors and trades
• Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Hands-on mindset with a willingness to jump in when needed
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
