Job Description
We're looking for a Growth Lead to own our paid and performance growth engine, driving qualified demand and pipeline through data-backed experimentation, high-leverage campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation, ideally in B2B SaaS or developer infrastructure
- Proven record of building and scaling acquisition channels that drive measurable business impact
- Experience owning paid budgets and channel performance across digital and event-based marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data tools (Google Analytics, CRMs, ad platforms, attribution systems)
- Excellent project management and communication skills – able to align cross-functional teams around goals
- Creative, hands-on operator who’s comfortable testing, failing fast, and scaling what works
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
