Job Description
TWD is seeking a Proposal & Business Development Coordinator to support the company's growth by managing high-quality proposal development, fostering client relationships, and driving business development. This role involves coordinating the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring adherence to client needs, and providing client communication. The role combines proposal leadership, business development support, and client engagement.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, client relations, or marketing coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly organized and deadline-driven
