Job Description
The Proposal and Business Development Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the company’s growth by managing high-quality proposal development while fostering strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, client relations, or marketing coordination (engineering or professional services experience an asset).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional presence in client-facing situations.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative and proactive approach, with a strong client service mindset.
