Job Description
We are looking for a Front Office Employee to join our team at Hotel TwentySeven, a 6-star hotel in Amsterdam. As a Front Office Employee, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive a warm and welcoming arrival and departure experience.
Requirements
- A degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field
- Experience working in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
