Job Description
We are looking for a Guest Relations Employee to join our team at Hotel TwentySeven in Amsterdam. As a Guest Relations Employee, you will be the ambassador of the guest experience and provide a warm welcome, guide the stay with attention and finesse, and take care of concerns before they are even spoken.
Requirements
- Completed education in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or comparable
- Demonstrated experience in a similar function
- Experience in the luxury (boutique) hotel segment is a plus
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English (extra languages are a plus)
