Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a closely related discipline
- Proactive hunter mentality, demonstrating a strong drive to continuously build new contacts and leads
- Exceptional commercial insight with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing objectives
- Experience in overseeing complex sales processes and interacting with multiple stakeholders
- Practical experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) along with strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Outstanding communication and narrative skills, capable of adapting your message for various audiences
- A motivated self-starter who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly growing environment
- Inquisitive, collaborative, and deeply focused on customer satisfaction—you are always seeking opportunities for improvement and growth
