Job Description
IT Technical Support is an on-site role for candidates with SPM/STPM qualifications, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT technical support, and strong troubleshooting skills. The role involves handling hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, along with basic network and printer adjustments.
Requirements
- SPM or STPM or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of IT technical support experience
- Basic hardware/software troubleshooting skill
- Basic network/printer configuration
- PC assembly, installation, testing, and troubleshooting skills
- Driving license with own transport
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- PC assembly, installation, testing and troubleshooting
- Scheduling tickets according to SOP, prioritizing tickets within SLA
- Troubleshoot PC hardware and network issues
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
