Job Description
This Senior HR Manager role within the Executive Leadership Team will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and compensation. The role is responsible for legal compliance, risk management, and employee relations, contributing to a positive work environment and upholding company values. They will also work closely with supervisors and employees to improve performance and morale.
Requirements
- 10+ years operations or HR leadership experience
- Experience in onboarding and security paperwork for Federal contracts
- Advanced knowledge of current human resources principles
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
