Job Description
The Senior HR Manager is a full-time position within the Executive Leadership Team of the company. This role is responsible for all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. The position requires a strong understanding of HR principles and a commitment to ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of operations or HR leadership experience
- Experience in onboarding and security paperwork for Federal contracts
- Advanced knowledge of current human resources principles and processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
