Job Description
The company is looking for a Support Engineer to provide support and maintain existing Java applications. The role involves translating requirements, providing technical support, participating in application changes, and contributing to development and testing. This position requires a team player with excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Provide support and maintain existing application.
- Translate functional and design requirements into solutions.
- Provide end-to-end technical support to clients.
- Be involved in existing application change requests.
- Be involved in development and execution of test scenarios.
- Perform product development documentation.
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant field.
- Required Skills: JAVA, J2SE or J2EE, JSP
- Database: MySQL & MS SQL
- Operating System: Windows & Linux
- Database knowledge of MySQL/NOSQL/ORACLE
- Experience in mobile application development
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
