The Java Application Support Engineer will provide end-to-end support for enterprise applications, monitor performance, resolve issues, and collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to drive process improvements. They will also manage databases, utilize monitoring tools, and ensure compliance with DBS policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in application support, preferably in banking domain.
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and cloud-based application support.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Jenkins, JFrog, JIRA, Confluence).
- Knowledge of Python and Shell scripting for automation.
- Working experience with MariaDB/MySQL and familiarity with Elasticsearch and Grafana.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
