Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in a senior underwriting leadership role within general or specialty insurance
• Strong analytical background with expertise in pricing, risk assessment, and loss ratio management
• Demonstrated ability to influence and advise executive stakeholders and board members
• In-depth understanding of insurance regulations, policy wording, and compliance standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
