We’re looking for a Junior Market & Customer Insights Researcher to join our Product Team. In this role, you’ll support our efforts to better understand the furniture market across Europe and help maintain our research repository.
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience in customer research, UX research, product management, brand strategy or similar roles
- A degree in sociology, psychology, anthropology, design research or a related field (industrial design, interior design or architecture may also be considered)
- Strong foundational knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
- Project management skills: planning, budgeting, tracking, and delivering on time
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with diverse stakeholders (internal teams, external partners, research participants)
- International experience or cultural awareness, ideally from studying or working abroad
- Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities, while also being a team player who collaborates well with others
- Good understanding of how different business processes work together (e.g. how product decisions affect marketing, sales and customer experience)
- Genuine interest in furniture design, interior design or architecture
- Excellent English skills (C1) and fluency in Polish (B2)
- Proficiency in other European language (B2), especially German or French
