Job Description
Join Tylko, a tech-driven design company, as a Web Analyst to drive the growth of our business through data-driven decision-making. As a key member of the Finance Department, you will prepare reports, analyses, and business recommendations based on data from Google Analytics 4 and BigQuery.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (web analytics, data analysis, e-commerce)
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4 configuration
- Strong experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) — configuration, debugging, event tracking
- Solid command of SQL and experience with databases (BigQuery or other cloud environments such as AWS or Azure)
- Proven ability to analyze sales funnels and assess campaign performance
- Experience designing reports and dashboards (e.g. in Looker Studio)
- Excellent communication skills, ownership mindset, and proactive approach
- Fluent Polish and English (C1)
- Availability to work from our Warsaw office 3 days per week
