Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Mid-level
- Educated to A-Level or equivalent qualification
- Approachable and friendly
- Positive and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Exceptional communication skills across multiple communication channels
- Detail-oriented and able to work accurately
- Proficiency in CRM databases, especially Salesforce
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Resilience and ability to stay calm under pressure
