The Tyndale Company is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our growing Product Success team. In this position, the FSR provides support to the Sales Team by traveling nationally to customer sites to perform product fittings for specialized safety wear, and serve as a product knowledge expert answering technical and all other questions about products during fittings.
Requirements
- Conduct on-site and virtual education sessions for customer employees
- Partner with other members of the Sales team to support lead and prospect conversion
- Develop and present customized client presentations
- Communicate technical aspects and compliance requirements of protective apparel and PPE at customer events
- Coordinate and manage schedules for on-site customer visits
- Attend tradeshows and other client events, supporting Tyndale’s brand visibility and customer engagement
- Conduct routine inventory of event tools kits, reorder supplies
- Maintain roster management for Accounts’ teams and assist with reporting
- Continuously review and process organization discontinued items
- Facilitate internal product trainings and support onboarding efforts
