Tyndale is hiring a strategic, people-focused Human Resources Manager who builds strong, high-performing teams and fosters a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR Generalist/Practitioner experience
- 3 years in a leadership role overseeing HR operations and teams in multiple states
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities as a leader and drive results in a fast-paced environment
