Job Description
We are seeking an IT Director to serve as the strategic and operational leader for Thrive's information systems environment, driving data connectivity, automation, and security across a multi-state, acquisition-driven healthcare organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT leadership, data architecture, or analytics
- Strong SQL expertise and proven experience building automated data integrations
- Proficiency with Power BI and experience designing data pipelines and dashboards
- Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA, ePHI security, and healthcare system data structures (EMR/PMS)
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills
