Job Description
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will develop performance marketing strategies for customers, create and optimize campaigns in META Business Manager, and manage ad budgets. You will work closely with other departments and act as the main point of contact for various brands.
Requirements
- Completed study/education, autodidact or experience from an agency (focus on online marketing)
- META is a second home for you (Facebook & Instagram)
- Project management experience, e.g. from a digital or classical advertising agency
- Experience in performance marketing and advertising on META (Facebook, Instagram)
- Knowledge of current social media trends, Google SEA & TikTok
- Good understanding of digital marketing and a good sense of target groups
- Creativity and routine in creating advertisements
- Verbal and written German fluency and very good English skills
