Job Description
The Division General Counsel reports to the Chief Legal Officer and will serve as legal subject matter expert in Employment Law. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment law, preferably in a corporate setting, and will be well-versed in federal and state labor regulations, policies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- License to practice law in any state.
- 15+ years of employment law and relevant experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- High ethical standards and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
