Senior Service Transition Manager

We're looking for a Senior Service Transition Manager to ensure new and changed services are transitioned into live operations successfully. The role involves working closely with business owners, project managers, architects, engineers, operations teams and clients to shape transition approaches and define readiness standards.

Requirements

• ITIL Foundation (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong experience successfully transitioning complex services into live operations
• Proven ability to define and manage service acceptance, readiness and warranty processes
• Good commercial and contract awareness
• Leadership & Ways of Working: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders, teams and vendors.
