Requirements
- Develop targeted acquisition strategies to unlock new markets and business areas
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Establish first contacts, conduct pitches, and achieve closures
- Generate and qualify leads – KI-supported and data-based
- Steer tenders, create offers, and conduct contract negotiations until closure
- Analyze markets, develop branch segments, and steer the go-to-market strategies
- Design scalable sales processes including KI-agents and support the team with your knowledge
