Requirements

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
• Participate in career fairs and community events
• Partner with hiring managers to review staffing needs
• Ensure all recruiting activities comply with state and federal regulations
• Create and implement sourcing strategies
• Screen and evaluate candidates
• Schedule interviews and facilitate timely communication
• Conduct pre-employment reference checks
• Maintain hiring and onboarding tracker
