Job Description
This role is for an Aegis SPY Radar System Technician Trainer/Technician at Naval Support Facility Dahlgren, VA. The position is fully funded for a five-year contract and is based in the US-VA. The technician will develop, conduct, and maintain training programs for the SPY Radar System and Aegis Weapon System, assessing instructor performance, and integrating doctrine into curriculum. Training takes place on-site, with travel up to 10% possible.
Requirements
- Develops, organizes, and conducts training for Fleet SPY technicians.
- Conducts dynamic assessment and appraisal of performance.
- Reviews U.S. Navy Aegis Combat System Engineering Capabilities and Limitations.
- Prepares and customizes curriculum lesson plans.
