Job Description
Bowhead is seeking a SPY 9C Trainer Tier II to provide training for Fleet SPY technicians at the Aegis Readiness and Training Center (ATRC) in Dahlgren, VA. The role involves developing and conducting classroom and lab training, assessing trainee performance, and maintaining training records. Must possess a valid Secret security clearance and be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
Requirements
- Develops, organizes and conducts classroom and lab training for Fleet SPY technicians on Baseline 9C and BMD.
- Teaches approved course content and objectives.
- Conducts dynamic assessment of sailors' abilities to comply with approved maintenance and operational procedures.
