Job Description
Bowhead is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a contract providing configuration management, logistics, engineering services, and other support to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Unmanned & Expeditionary Weapon Systems (H40) Division, and Intelligent Automation (H60) Division. The role requires strong program and contract management skills, financial acumen, and technical expertise. This position is a full-time opportunity within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Lead and oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Provide technical direction and guidance to project teams
- Manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and cost estimation
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution
- Ensure quality management through the formulation and enforcement of work standards
- Oversee configuration and data management efforts
- Handle DoD contract management responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
