Director Proposals & Stewardship

The Director, Proposals & Stewardship will play a critical cross-functional role between the Jewish Foundation of Greater Toronto and UJA's Community Capacity Building team, as well as other program delivery teams across the organization. The Director is responsible for designing and delivering an innovative plan, including strategies and solutions to deepen donor engagement and experience.

Requirements

• Relevant Education or equivalent experience

• Proactive with excellent organizational, prioritizing and time-management skills
• A self-starter able to leverage his/her knowledge, skills and experience to manage complex change from start to finish
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
• An ability to think strategically and critically
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and analytical capabilities with excellent attention to detail
• Proven track record of creativity, problem-solving, and strategic thinking in professional settings.
• Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
• Experience in design and/ or branding and marketing
