The UJA Federation of Greater Toronto serves as the central fundraising organization for the Jewish community in the Greater Toronto Area, supporting both local and international initiatives that promote the community’s survival and growth. Senior Manager, Direct Marketing
4+ years of experience in direct marketing or fundraising, degree in business or related field, strong project management skills
Graphic Designer
3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, degree in Design, Communications/Advertising or related discipline, proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
HR Coordinator
Post-secondary degree, 2+ years’ relevant work experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills
Director, Women’s Philanthropy
8-10 years of experience in fundraising, community engagement, or philanthropy, with proven success in major gifts or campaign leadership
Digital Marketing Specialist
3+ years experience, proficiency in HTML, understanding of digital design concepts
Director Proposals & Stewardship
Relevant Education or equivalent experience, Passionate advocate and visible champion of UJA's mission, values, and goals, and Strong interpersonal skills with ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues
Vice-President, Community Unity & Leadership
7-10 years of experience in community engagement or development, nonprofit leadership, strategy, or organizational development, with a deep knowledge of the Jewish community dynamics locally and globally
Applications Analyst – Dynamics 365 & Business Systems
3-5 years of experience in application support, CRM platforms administration, and business systems integration
Vice President, Marketing and Brand
Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive experience in marketing and brand leadership, with at least 5+ years in a senior role overseeing large teams and complex campaigns
