Job Description
Director, Women’s Philanthropy provides strategic leadership for UJA’s Women’s Philanthropy Division, driving the vision, strategy, and execution for how UJA fundraises and stewards female donors. The Director will lead a team of fundraising professionals, oversee the engagement and fundraising strategy for Women’s Philanthropy, and serve as the lead professional partner to the Women’s Philanthropy Campaign Cabinet.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in fundraising, community engagement, or philanthropy
- Proven success in major gifts or campaign leadership
- Experience managing and mentoring teams
- Proven ability to cultivate and solicit gifts in the five-, six-, and seven-figure range
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic, innovative, and collaborative mindset
- Deep understanding of Jewish community life and alignment with UJA’s mission and values
