Job Description
The HR Coordinator will administer and support a full range of HR programs and initiatives, providing daily administrative and project support in orientation/onboarding, data management, HRIS maintenance, and more.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years’ relevant work experience
- Passionate advocate and visible champion of UJA’s mission, values, and goals
- Working knowledge of the Ontario Employment Standards Act and other relevant legislation
- Experience with BambooHR and/or other HRIS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues
- A self-starter with excellent organizational, prioritizing and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense for accuracy
