Job Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Manager to join our team in Barcelona. The role involves sourcing, touring, and acquiring apartments that meet Ukio's apartment criteria. The goal is to forge relationships with property developers, large institutional property owners, and independent landlords to acquire a consistent amount of highly unique apartments in Barcelona.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience working in real estate (residential or property development), specifically in Barcelona
- Familiarity with the real estate market
- Skilled negotiator and relationship manager
- Proven track record of excellence in surpassing sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish both verbal and written and advanced English
- Flexible, resilient and content with ambiguity and changes
- Confident with working in cross-functional teams
- Comfortable performing in a start-up environment
