We are recruiting a Customer Support Technician to work in our Maidenhead office, supporting the fault diagnosis and repair of electro-optical and electronic equipment. The role requires a qualified electronic servicing technician with flexibility to travel within the UK and work outside normal hours.
Requirements
- Fault diagnosis and repair of Optical and electronic equipment
- Provision of technical query answering service to customers
- Recording work on the Company failure reporting system
- Production activities including inspection and acceptance testing
- Implementation of hardware and software modifications and testing
- Adherence to airworthiness aspects of the equipment
