We are seeking a Director, Corporate Alliance to manage the Corporate Alliance team, support employer partnership relationships, and sustain and improve the overall Corporate Alliance contribution each cohort.
Requirements
- Develop, determine strategy for and lead a group of Corporate Alliance Managers
- Develop and deploy a strategy for coordination between the core Career Services production teams and the Corporate Alliance team
- Oversee collaboration of the Corporate Alliance Account Managers and corporate partners
- Proactively identify and understand the expectations and needs of corporate partners
- Lead with Care: Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of wellness, recognition, and engagement
