Ultimate Medical Academy is a non-profit healthcare educational institution with a national presence. We are seeking a People Relations Partner to support a positive and compliant work environment by leading People Relations programs and procedures across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, psychology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years of progressive experience in employee and labor relations, or equivalent experience as an employment attorney, workplace investigator, or in a similar role involving policy interpretation and application of legal guidance.
- Demonstrated experience working across multistate environment.
- Skilled in handling sensitive employee matters with discretion and sound judgment, including escalation to legal or supervisor when appropriate.
- Proven success leading PR investigations across all leadership levels, with a customer-focused approach in fast-paced environment.
