Student Finance Advisor to assist Admissions Department with financial aid process, collect non-Title IV funds, and advise students on account balances.
Requirements
- Coordinates communications to students and sends emails as needed
- Follows up on FAFSA and missing document renewals for continuing students
- Works on externship and graduation clearance process to prevent students from leaving with a balance
- Answers inquiries regarding financial aid and student account issues via phone and email
- Reduces Average Accounts Receivables for assigned student population
