Ultimate Medical Academy is a non-profit healthcare educational institution with a national presence. As a Student Finance Quality Assurance Processor, you will maintain compliance across all Student Finance departments during the determination, awarding, disbursement, and return of Federal Student Aid (FSA) funds.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Financial Aid experience and/or working knowledge of Title IV Regulations
- Must not have a federal student loan appearing on the National Student Loan Data Base (NSLDS) database with an unresolved default status reported
- Must be eligible to access the NSLDS
- Skills – organization, time management, attention to detail, personal accountability, integrity, and adaptability to high-pressure environment
- Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English
- Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Computer literacy/basic computer skills to effectively navigate and utilize the technology required for the role
