Job Description
Under Armour is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a team in Metzingen, Germany. The role involves coaching, supporting daily operations, upholding merchandise standards, and creating a high-performance culture. The store supervisor will also support sales and HR teams while acting as a liaison between customers, teammates, and leadership.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1 year experience in a retail environment
- Local language fluency in German (basic English)
- Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and lift cartons (up to 25 lbs) during each shift.
