Job Description
Join Uni Systems as a Business Analyst to help turn digital visions into reality. As a hybrid employee, you'll work on exciting digital projects and initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to drive adoption and ensure the implementation of digital solutions.
Requirements
- Master Degree + 9 years of relevant experience or Bachelor + 13 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile environments, project coordination, and business analysis, including collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders
- Proven expertise in BPMN and UML, including use case modelling, business process modelling, data modelling, and preparation of functional specifications
- At least 3 years of experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices and modelling standards (BPMN, UML)
- Very good command of Microsoft Office tools
- Good knowledge of English
