Job Description
UNIFI Autism Care is seeking passionate BCBAs to lead patient care and empower RBTs. This role involves providing behavioral therapy in a dynamic, relationship-centered environment, fostering growth for both patients and the team. The BCBA will coach and mentor RBTs, collaborate with the Programming BCBAs, and contribute to each child's journey towards independence and joy.
Requirements
- Lead and guide as a supervisor, offering oversight and training to RBTs.
- Provide consistent support and training to patients' families.
- Cultivate strong communication and collaboration with the Programming BCBA.
- Embrace a dynamic role by performing additional duties.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities in ABA principles and methodology.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
