Job Description
UNIFI Autism Care is seeking a BCBA to lead and provide support to families and children on their treatment plans. This role offers a dynamic, relationship-centered position with opportunities for leadership, mentorship, and clinical creativity. BCBAs will coach and empower RBTs, collaborate with Program BCBAs, and contribute to each child's journey toward greater independence and joy. The company fosters a collaborative and values-driven culture, supporting the whole child through various life goals.
Requirements
- Lead and guide as a supervisor, offering oversight and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Provide consistent support and training to patients' families and caregivers.
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities demonstrating original thinking, creativity, and resourcefulness.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- CPR/BLS certification.
