This role involves providing L2 production support for Java/J2EE applications, monitoring performance, collaborating with developers, and ensuring SLAs are met. Responsibilities include bug fixing, code deployments, creating documentation, and participating in on-call rotation. The position also involves developing and maintaining monitoring dashboards and automation scripts.
Requirements
- Experience in application support or software engineering
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, REST APIs, and SQL
- Experience with Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting
- Hands-on experience with log analysis tools (Kibana, ELK, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven) and deployment practices
- Experience working with relational databases (MariaDB, REDIS)
- Experience working on Cloud Environments AWS
- Good understanding of microservices architecture and web application troubleshooting
