- Knowledge in CRM Platform (MS Dynamics) - D365
- Experience in implementing D365 with Banking clients (Service & Sales modules)
- Strong Functional experience with Sales & Service Modules of D365
- Experience in Guiding users on best solutions and CRM configuration
- Experience in CRM modules for Sales and Service modules
- Hands-on experience in the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Business Process Analyst, or practitioner in the business process domain
- Experience in business requirements gathering
- Reviewing functional specification and technical design document
- Experience in aligning specification from multiple systems and interfaces
- Experience in managing multiple system deployment projects
- Experience in mapping business processes
