Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions for a financial services organization. The role requires leading the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring compliance, and integrating with other systems. This position involves solution design, technical implementation, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, especially ITOM modules.
- Experience with scripting technologies (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell).
- Understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures and discovery.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application within an enterprise environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
