ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in the financial services industry. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions for IT Operations Management (ITAM), IT Asset Management (ITOM), and Certificate Lifecycle Management, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and enterprise security standards. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with strong communication and mentorship skills.

Requirements

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform (especially ITOM modules, ITAM solutions, CMDB).
• Experience with scripting technologies (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell) and ServiceNow integration.
• Understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application within an enterprise environment.
