As a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will troubleshoot and diagnose IT-related technical issues, provide guidance to clients, and collaborate with colleagues to resolve problems. Our Customer Service team is critical to our mission, helping clients with solutions and assistance that deliver results.
Requirements
- Fluent English language skills
- Native/close to native language skills in Portuguese
- Experience in telephone technical support or customer service
- Considerable familiarity with MS Office Suite and Windows environment
- Attention to details and analytical mind-set
- Ability to work on multiple activities simultaneously
- Outstanding team player attitude
