Groomy Pet is a veterinary facility looking for a UAE SMALL ANIMAL LICENSED VETERINARIAN with enthusiasm for small animals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in small animal veterinary medicine and be able to provide medical care and treatment to animals in a veterinary clinic or hospital.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• Valid MOCCAE veterinary license in good standing.
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of clinical experience, including leadership roles, with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE.
• Advanced diagnostic, surgical, and medical care skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and inspire the veterinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client interaction.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to achieve operational and clinical goals.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of UAE regulations related to veterinary clinic operations, including animal welfare standards, facility licensing, and controlled pharmaceuticals management.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• Experience in the UAE veterinary market, handling diverse clients, and collaborating with local veterinary organizations is preferred.
