Operations Associate

The Operations Associate is responsible for daily, weekly, or monthly reconciliations for Internal DDA and General Ledger Accounts, requiring them to verify outstanding items, research and identify missing transactions, and prepare them for clearing. This role involves communication with various staff and cross-training opportunities.

Requirements

• Retrieve statements by mail, email, or web sites.
• Research and identify outstanding items.
• Prepare transactions for clearing with Bank and vendors.
• Demonstrate communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Sufficient dexterity to operate a computer and keyboard.
