Job Description
The Operations Associate will support the Retail Operations area by performing administrative and support functions. This role involves managing Accounts Receivable (AR), processing international wire transfers, and serving as a back-up for internal applications. The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Provide administrative support to Retail Operations
- Complete Demand Deposit (DD) & CD Account Maintenance
- Coordinate and verify 1099-INT corrections
- Process International currency purchase and selling requests
- Serve as backup for Foreign Check Collections and Subpoena processing
- Serve as backup for other internal back-office applications
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products
