Lead Housing Program Assistant

The Housing Navigation Center (HNC) is a physical location where those experiencing homelessness receive support to regain housing and those at risk of homelessness are prevented from losing their housing. The Lead Housing Program Assistant oversees two Housing Program Assistant positions, brokers community housing solution resources with guests, conducts assessments, and maintains cleanliness of the Center.

Requirements

• Supervise, support, and lead the Housing Program Assistant team.
• Apply Housing First, trauma-informed care, person-centered, and culturally competent practices in all interactions with guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the Housing Navigation Center;
